NDIS Disability Support

Support to live life, your way.

Compassionate support for people with intellectual disability and autism — delivered by a team that treats you like family.

Who we are

Unlimited Community Care Services is an Australian disability support organisation walking alongside participants, families and communities. We build support that actually fits the life you want to live — care without limits.

Person-centred approach

We listen first.

Good support starts with a conversation — about what matters, what gets in the way, and what "a good day" looks like for you. From there we co-design a plan built around your goals, your routines and the people in your circle.

Tailored. Goal-driven. Reviewed often. Never one-size-fits-all.

What we stand for

Six values. Lived, not laminated.

01

Respect

Every voice carries equal weight.

02

Empowerment

You lead. We support.

03

Integrity

Honest, consistent, transparent.

04

Excellence

Considered care, every time.

05

Inclusion

Belonging, never a tick-box.

06

Collaboration

Built with you and your circle.

Our purpose

"Your goals are our purpose. Your success is our commitment."

An honest note on the NDIS

We're working toward NDIS registration.

In the meantime we provide quality supports to plan- and self-managed participants. Not sure where you sit? Reach out — we'll walk you through what's possible and what comes next.

From our community

Moments, not stock photos.

A young person wearing noise-reducing headphones paints with bright colours at a community centre table.
A young adult with Down syndrome chops vegetables on a wooden board in a bright kitchen, focused and proud.
A small group of young people share a music and sensory activity together with a support worker nearby.
A child laughs with a therapist on a soft rug, building with colourful blocks and picture cards in a sunlit room.
A young adult wipes down a café counter with quiet pride while a job coach stands supportively nearby.
Ready when you are

Let's build your support, together.

Whether you're new to the NDIS or looking for a provider who genuinely listens — we're here for the conversation.
